On behalf of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) and the name of Army, I would like to extend my profound gratitude and congratulations to the Philippine Army which is hosting and organizing again the 18th ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet 2008 (AARM 08) and 9th ASEAN Chiefs of Army Multilateral Meeting (ACAMM IX). This is the second time that our Army RCAF Delegations has the delight honored to participate in the auspicious annual event on beautifully country of the Philippines this occasion.
The objective of this event that is not only to upgrade capability and marksmanship but friendship, solidarity, understanding, cooperation and experience among our ASEAN ARMIES will also be promote strengthened closer relations.
I am confident that the feedback result from the meet will positively contribute in the peace, unity, stability, developing security and cooperation in the Region.
