Two Army post has new chiefs

FORT BONIFACIO, METRO MANILA – Philippine Army Chief of Staff Major General Danilo Chad D Isleta led the joint change of office chief ceremony of the Office of the Army Chief Engineer (OACE) and the Philippine Army Housing Office (PAHO) on June 11, 2018 at Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Andres Bonifacio, Metro Manila.

In a simple ceremony, Maj. Gen. Isleta handed-over the Army Housing Office symbol to Colonel Joselyn R Bandarlipe, the newly installed Chief, Army Housing Office. PAHO primarily caters matters related to the utilization of all Philippine Army housing and transient facilities and other PA housing projects.

Subsequently, Colonel Gerardo P Catindoy assumed as the new Army Chief Engineer. The Office of the Army Chief Engineer is primarily responsible on matters associated to Army engineering projects and constructions. It formulates plans, programs and policies for the over-all administration of Army Engineer equipment. Moreover, it also manages commodity in supervising and determining requirements for the requisition, procurement, storage, distribution and documentation of engineering equipment and supplies for the Philippine Army.#
