Sanchez Jr. The change of command rites was held on September 07, 2018, Friday at the Army Signal Regiments, Social Hall, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila. Major General Danilo Chad D. Isleta, Acting Commanding General, presided the ceremony along with HPA based personnel and civilian employees. #
