As member of JCI San Juan Dambana, an organization that advocates women empowerment through leadership trainings and community exposure, Ms Janethe T Co has been a staunch supporter of the Civil-Military Operations Regiment in the accomplishment of its mission. She has continually facilitated coordination between JCI Dambana and CMOR that made the latter's programs such as Project Shoebox reached greater and more significant impact among its beneficiaries. As Manager of Customer Service at Dell EMC Philippines, Ms Co’s experience in the corporate world provides the Regiment with practical insights on how the unit can improve its capabilities in line with its vision to become a professional CMO organization.
