Ms Cashmir Pangandaman is one of the founding members of the CMOR MSAB and for years has been the unit’s adviser on stakeholder engagement. Her exemplary work experience with Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) and eventually the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) is very crucial for the Regiment, as engaging with stakeholders is one of the core competencies of a CMO Operator.
