FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – Major General Robert M Arevalo AFP, Vice Commander, Philippine Army welcomes the delegation from the Defense Service Command and Staff College (DSCSC) Course of the Democratic Socialist Republic (DSR) of Sri Lanka headed by the Directing Staff Group Captain Hallowage Dammika Nishanta Dias, during their visit at Headquarters Philippine Army on 08 August 2018.
The 16-member delegation from DSCSC arrived in the country for a 12-day Overseas Study Tour (OST). During the visit, they were tendered by an information briefing about the command’s mission, functions and significant programs and activities.
The OST aims to develop mutual understanding and foster good defense diplomatic relations between the Philippines and Sri Lanka.#
