Army received donations from APG International Aviation Academy, Sylpauljoyce Furniture Lights & Decor

FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – the Philippine Army received groceries and pillows from APG International Aviation Academy and Sylpauljoyce Furniture Lights & Decor for Army frontliners and medical professionals yesterday, March 28, 2020.

Through the initiative of 2Lt. Ronnie Liang (Reserve) in partnership with APG International Aviation Academy and Sylpauljoyce Furniture Lights & Decor, the Army frontliners from Security Escort Battalion and medical professionals from Army General Hospital received assorted groceries worth Php 70,000 and 100 rolls of pillows.

The Sylpauljoyce Furniture Lights & Decor, a one-stop furniture shop located at Lipa Batangas, and APG International Aviation Academy, one of the leading aviation schools based at Subic, Zambales extended their support to the frontliners and aimed to bring comfort to their everyday battle against the threats of COVID-19. On the other hand, 2Lt. Liang has been active in the previous weeks, facilitating the transportation assistance for the medical doctors, nurses, and medical crew of Philippine Heart Center in Quezon City and joined Bela Padilla relief goods distribution in Manila area on March 19, 2020.

“I want to help, contribute, and be a part of the solution in fighting against COVID-19 virus, while preserving our force by serving those who served,” 2Lt. Liang said.
