Maj. Gen. Reynaldo M. Aquino, who represented the Army Commanding General, congratulated the senior officers as he donned the ranks to Maj. Gen. Gilbert F. Saret, Maj. Gen. Alfredo V. Rosario Jr., Maj. Gen. Peale Jon L. Bondoc, Brig. Gen. Noe Alberto Q. Peñafiel, Brig. Gen. Audrey L. Pasia, Brig. Gen. Danilo O. Cariño, Col. Rico O. Amaro, Col. Franc Y. Mananquil, Col. Manuel Van C. Genson, and Col. Jamaloding R. Polog.
