Army holds Brigade Commanders’ Forum 2020

FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – The Philippine Army opens its virtual Brigade Commanders’ Forum (BCF) 2020 at the Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Metro Manila today, July 13, 2020.

The ten-day forum with the theme “Leading the Effort to End Insurgency and Terrorism” will focus on harmonizing operational approaches and strategies of the different brigades, regiments, and task forces in addressing internal security threats. The said forum was organized by the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Education and Training, G8.

“Despite the drawback caused by the pandemic, BCF 2020 remains true to its commitment of bringing together a pool of command experts ready for a holistic strategy. Your willingness to take on the challenge is a testament of your commitment to share, learn, and innovate while implementing the campaign of the Armed Forces of the Philippines,” said the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army Maj. Gen. Rowen S. Tolentino in his remarks. #
