FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – The Commanding General, Philippine Army (CGPA) visited the troops of the 3rd Infantry “Spearhead” Division at its headquarters in Camp Gen. Macario B. Peralta Jr, Jamindan, Capiz on August 27, 2020.
Lt. Gen. Cirilito Sobejana was welcomed by Commander, 3ID Maj. Gen. Eric Vinoya. He also graced the closing program of the Company Commanders’ Symposium where he reminded the participants that institutionalizing leadership development is timely and relevant in achieving operational excellence of effectively finding, fixing and finishing the enemy, and sustaining gains.
“We should walk together so that we can cover a further distance, so that we will be able to win all obstacles, by working together, we will win together. By working together with the pandemic, we will heal together and I expect it from every member of the Spearhead Division,” Sobejana said in his talk to the troops. #
