Army receives 100,000 face masks for frontliner troops

FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – The Philippine Army through the Army Support Command (ASCOM) received 100,000 pieces of face mask from Medtecs International Corporation Limited here today, December 9, 2020.
The face masks were turned over by Medtecs representative Via Cataquis to ASCOM Commander Maj. Gen. Glenn Cruz, and will be distributed to uniformed personnel deployed in the frontlines. Medtecs International Corporation Limited is a well-known products and services provider and a leading manufacturer of medical consumables.
“Such acts of generosity in using their resources and expertise as part of their social responsibility particularly during this time of pandemic shows their commitment as our partner in our cause in preserving the force and providing the much-needed protection to our troops and their family,” Maj.
