Philippine Army holds 1st Housing Caravan

FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – The Philippine Army (PA), through the Army Housing Office, held its 1st Housing Caravan at the Army Grandstand here yesterday, March 17, 2021.
Through the caravan, Army personnel can get guidance on acquiring housing units, information on Government Housing Programs, and discount from partner developers. Said activity is also a prelude for the 124th PA anniversary celebration.
Army Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Rowen S. Tolentino thanked the National Housing Authority headed by Assistant Manager Engr. Victor Balba as well as the 31 participating real estate developers, brokers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders present in the event.
“We salute our soldiers for protecting our country. Mula sa aming tanggapan, hangad namin ang pag-unlad and pagbibigay ng pumpublikong serbisyong pabahay,” said Engr. Balba.
Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Jose C. Faustino Jr. extended his gratitude and message through Maj. Gen. Tolentino, “To the men and women of the Philippine Army, I hope that this endeavor has helped you to become more prudent in the management of your respective finances and judicious in the utilization of your resources for your families and loved ones. Rest assured that the Philippine Army will continue to look after your welfare as we pursue our vision to become a world-class army that is a source of national pride.”#
