FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – The Inspector General, Armed Forces of the Philippines (TIG, AFP) Lt. Gen. Franco Nemesio M. Gacal led the Annual General Inspection 2021 Exit Briefing to the Philippine Army today, October 5, 2021.
The Commanding General Philippine Army Lt. Gen. Andres C. Centino welcomed the arrival of The Inspector General, AFP.
In his briefing, Lt. Gen. Gacal said that the Army received a 91.44% rating for the Army's operational readiness, mission accomplishment, utilization of resources, and state of morale, welfare, and discipline of Army personnel.
The CGPA extended his gratitude towards Lt. Gen. Gacal and his team for their thorough and impartial evaluation. He also assures the inspecting team that the Philippine Army's programs align with the priority of the AFP and the government.
"The results of this activity encourage us all in the Army to improve further our performance according to the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and excellence. We commit ourselves to adhere to the recommendations of the inspecting team to enhance further our systems and processes that will enable us to attain our vision as a world-class organization," said Lt.
