The Chief of Staff, Philippine Army (CSPA) Maj. Gen. Roberto Capulong led the Human Resource Management Year-end Conference and Workshop here at the Army’s main headquarters in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on December 9, 2021.
Human resource (HR) officers from various Philippine Army Major Units (PAMUs) participated in the virtual symposium facilitated by the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Personnel.
PA HR officers discussed responsive resolution of cases, purposive recruitment program, attrition system, and mechanism, personnel rationalization, and the updated database of the Philippine Army Human Resources Management Information System (PAHRMIS).
“Human resources are the most valuable resource of any organization. This activity has provided us with the opportunity to review and assess the responsiveness and appropriateness of the Philippine Army’s personnel-related services,” said the CSPA.
