95IB, Isabela PPO receive 3 CNT surrenderees

Three rebels of Komiteng Rehiyon Cagayan Valley (KRCV) surrendered to the Army's 95th Infantry Battalion and Isabela Provincial Police Station in San Mariano, Isabela on 20 February 2022.
Due to the intensive focused-military operations of the government troops and increasing death of their leaders, three members of the CPP-NPA Terrorist (CNT) decided to withdraw support and handed over one M16 rifle (Colt Elisco) with one short magazine loaded with seventeen (17) live ammunition.
The Commanding General Philippine Army Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner, Jr., praised the 95IB on pursuing the mandate in the region to end the communist insurgency for the sustenance of efforts on peace-building and community development.
