This milestone signifies your competence and commitment as exemplary leaders,” Lt Gen. Brawner remarked.

The CGPA also enjoined troops to “emulate the integrity and grit” of Maj. Gen. Patrimonio and Brig. Gen. Yecla. "As we faithfully serve the flag, our people, and our beloved country, let us always remember to instill our core duties of honor, patriotism, and duty," Lt. Gen. Brawner concluded.
