CGPA leads inauguration of new PAOC Pavilion

Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner, Jr., (CGPA) led the ribbon-cutting rites for the Philippine Army Officers Club Pavilion at the Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila on March 21, 2022.

The pavilion, built by Army engineers of the Quezon City-based 51st Engineer Brigade, will serve as outdoor venue for Army events that are in compliance with government-set health protocols.

The CGPA said the pavilion’s design was inspired by the Sarimanok, a common artwork motif of Muslim Filipinos in Mindanao. “We want to be inclusive in our design and our efforts. This structure’s design is about inclusivity. We make sure that all Filipinos are represented,” Lt. Gen. Brawner remarked.
