The Philippine Army conducts a Novelty Shoot in line with its 125th Anniversary Celebration at Headquarters Philippine Army (HPA), Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila on March 19, 2022.
Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner, Jr., the Commanding General Philippine Army (CGPA), led the Ceremonial Shoot followed by the showcase of the Army Major Unit Commanders and HPA Staffs' ability to work as a team and overall performance in pistol marksmanship.
A total of 17 teams from Major Units and HPA Staffs participated in the four (4) stage fun shoot with three (3) stages utilizing the knock-out system and one (1) stage with the recorded best time as the determining factor for the stage Champion.
During the activity, Lt. Gen. Brawner congratulated the winners for their display of sportsmanship and camaraderie. He also commended the participants for their expertise in responsibly handling firearms during the activity.
