The Philippine Army and the Philippine Army Civilian Personnel Association (PACPA) signed a collective negotiation agreement (CNA) at the Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on September 5, 2024.
Beyond the financial incentives under the CNA, the agreement should motivate the Army’s civilian human resources to work together for the betterment of the organization, Army Chief Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido said in his keynote remarks during the signing ceremony.
“You are part of the organization, you are part of the solution,” the Army Chief concluded. The PACPA President Mr. Edwin P. Guarin and the Army’s Chief Civilian Human Resource Mrs. Letty Edith G. Lacanienta led the CNA signing on behalf of the PA's civilian workforce."
PACPA is the organization that ensures the Army civilian personnel's development and well-being.
