FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila - Operating troops from 39th Infantry Battalion, 10th Infantry “Agila” Division captured three CPP-NPA Terrorist (CNT) and seized several firearms in an operation on May 22, 2021 at Brgy. New Israel, Makilala, North Cotabato.
One squad of CAFGU Active Auxillary Unit encountered six CNTs, leading in a firefight that lasted for 10 minutes. Said encounter also caused the injuries of two enemy individuals, apprehension of one CNT, and seizure of a Cal 7.62mm M60 Machine gun and three M16 rifles.
