Tanza, Cavite - Lieutenant General Joselito D. Bautista (Ret), the former Commanding General of the Philippine Army visited the headquarters of the Reserve Command (RESCOM), Philippine Army at Camp Riego De Dios Tanza Cavite on Wednesday February 01, 2023. He was invited as a guest lecturer on the different perspective of military leadership. The said lecture was delivered to the newly Called-to- Active Duty Officers as part of their Pre-Deployment Training (PDT) to enhance their capability to lead and manage a certain unit. The lecture was also attended by the students of the Probationary Officer Training Course (POTC) Class 66-2022 as part of their leadership development program. Lieutenant General Bautista defined the 'leadership journey as a viewpoint' that inspired the students especially the PDT officers who are about to serve their positions in their respective unit assignments.
