The Reserve Command Philippine Army joins the simultaneous flag-raising ceremony in connection with the National Human Rights Consciousness Week year 2022 with the theme “Pagtaguyod at Pagsulong ng mga Karapatang Pantao Tungo sa Matatag na Pundasyon ng Kapayapaan, Katarungan, Kalikasan, Kaunlaran at Bayanihan” . The Command also gave awards to individuals who are active partners of the RESCOM, Philippine Army in the Outreach Project, specifically on feeding program of Laang Kawal Mobile Kusina.
