The 1401st Community Defense Group, 14RCDG, RESCOM, PA under MAJ JEOFREY G CODIAMAT (INF) PA, conducted Closing Ceremony of Battalion Pre-Mobilization Assembly Test at Kings College of the Philippines (KCP), Km 5, Pico Road, La Trinidad, Benguet. COL ARNEL A FLORESCA INF (GSC) PA, Group Commander, graced the said ceremony on May 14, 2022.

 

A total of 559 Reservists, composed of 31 Officers and 528 enlisted, have successfully participated in the series of training which was a potential instrument to strengthen the capability of the Reserve Force in the province of Benguet. Likewise, it is in adherence to the five (5) Key priorities of COMRESCOM.

 

In his message, COL FLORESCA lauded the participants for their dedication to duties and willingness to be trained. Furthermore, he stressed the importance of continuous conduct of training to ensure that Reservists are well equipped and capable of performing their duties in building the nation.

 

Before the ceremony, MAJ JAIME B TUGUIC JR (INF) PA, Operations officer 503rd Bde, 5ID, PA; MAJ RANGER A CERILO (INF) PA Assistant Commandant, DTS, 5ID, PA, together with their team evaluated Map Reading, weapons and signal communication readiness of the participants on one hand. On the other hand, BFP-CAR members led by SFO3 Richard C Poschor evaluated Basic Life Support readiness of 1401 RRIBn.
