The 2nd Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army and enlisted reservists of 1602nd RRIBde under the leadership of COL FERNANDO B FELIX GSC PA (RES), Brigade Commander together with the personnel of  502nd Infantry (LIBERATOR) Brigade participated in the conduct of Simultaneous Unity Walk, Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) and Peace Covenant Signing in collaboration with PNP  Echague, Isabela on October 07, 2023.

The activity started at Isabela State University (ISU) Main Campus and ended at Municipal Grounds (Eatchague Banchetto), San Fabian, Echague, Isabela. The Invocation was officiated by Ptr. Jeffrey Paraiso. After the invocation, the signing of the peace covenant and simultaneous recitation of the Pledge of Integrity by all the candidates of BSKE 2023 were conducted . The primary objective of this endeavor is to promote safe, orderly, honest, and peaceful local elections. The activity ended fruitfully and successfully.
