FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila- The Philippine Army led by Major General Danilo Chad D Isleta, Chief of Staff Philippine Army joins the Alay-Lakad 2018 on its 46th year with the theme “Kabataan Suporta ng Bayan” held today, September 23, 2018 at the Quirino Grandstand, Luneta Park, Manila.
The Alay Lakad is an annual fund-raising project which started in 1972. It is covered by Presidential Proclamation Nr 168 s-1993 which supports the noble vision and objectives of Alay-Lakad Foundation, Incorporated (ALFI) as an institution that provides financial assistance for the Filipino Youth, especially the marginalized and Out -of-School Youth (OSY). #
