Army General Hospital receives medical equipment, psychosocial kits

FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – The Army General Hospital (AGH) received medical equipment and psychosocial kits donation from the Makati Medical Center Foundation (MMCF) here today, June 11, 2020.

In a simple turn-over activity, AGH Commanding Officer Col. Joel Enrico N. Anastacio received the medical items composed of 25 wheelchairs, three walkers, forearm and underarm crutches, and 100 Psychosocial Kits. Soldiers who were previously and are currently catered by the AGH will benefit from the said donations.

Anastacio acknowledged and thanked the donors from MMCF, Steraclean Corporation, PLDT-SMART Foundation, Project Wheelchair, and Philippine Airlines volunteers for their effort of promoting and supporting PA personnel’s health and welfare.

The Philippine Army continues to partner with other stakeholders to uplift the wellbeing of wounded troops in line with the command’s thrust of “leaving no man behind”.#
