Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Adjutant General Col. Bernardo R. Fortez, Jr., and newly installed Office of the Army Adjutant (OAA) Chief Col. Moises M. Nayve, Jr., rendered a joint courtesy call on Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner, Jr., on May 25, 2022 at the Army’s main headquarters in Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila.
Col. Fortez, who was recently designated as the AFP’s 35th Adjutant General, and Col. Nayve who took helm of OAA last week both belong to the Philippine Military Academy “Sambisig” Class of 1991.
The OAA under the helm Col. Nayve is tasked to continue the roll-out of the Philippine Army Unified Clearance System (PAUCS), a vital sub-system of the Philippine Army Human Resource Management Information System. PAUCS aims to ensure the convenient and prompt release of clearances to PA personnel nationwide.
The Army Adjutant serves as the special staff to the Army Chief on matters pertaining to the administrative and personnel service of the organization.
