Philippine Army Command Sergeant Major, Chief Master Sergeant (CMS) Rogelio P. Caacbay visited the headquarters of the 11th Infantry "Alakdan" Division in Camp Bautista, Jolo, Sulu, on May 29, 2022 to check the morale and welfare of troops and to discuss the thrust of the Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner, Jr.
In his talk, CMS Caacbay, who was welcomed by Alakdan Division Sergeant Major Master Sergeant Bernard M. Navarro, delved into Lt. Gen. Brawner’s command guidance “SERVE” that is anchored on the principles of servant leadership.
The 19th PA Sgt. Major also discussed the Army leadership’s thrust to ensuring the physical and health of each soldier, enhancing soldiers' skills and unit capabilities, pushing down resources to ground forces nationwide; and sustaining peace in the province of Sulu.
CMS Caacbay’s visit is part of his thrust to empower Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as well as to identify issues and concerns that affect troops’ morale and welfare.
