CSPA receives award as Army schooling board chair

The Chief of Staff, Philippine Army (CSPA) Maj. Gen. Roberto S. Capulong received a Meritorious Achievement Medal awarded during the Philippine Army Board of Senior Officers meeting at the Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila on June 14, 2022.
 
The CSPA received the award in recognition of his “meritorious and invaluable service" as chairman of the Philippine Army Schooling Board from July 26, 2021 to June 15, 2022. PASB, under the helm of Maj. Gen. Capulong, reviewed and approved the selection of 61 officers and 12 enlisted personnel for foreign schooling during the said period.
 
The board also recognized the CSPA’s role in the selection of officers for the Master in National Security Administration handled by the National Defense College of the Philippines and other notable local schooling programs for officers and enlisted personnel.
 
“Together, let us sustain the momentum in capacitating Army officers and enlisted personnel, our organization’s most important assets, through continuous education and training,” the CSPA said in his remarks.
