PA, U.S. Army Pacific strengthen logistics support interoperability

The Philippine Army and U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) kicked off on July 12, 2022 the three-day Logistics Subject Matter Expert Exchange (LOGSMEE) attended by key logistics officers of both armies in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.
 
The bilateral activity is aimed at enhancing interoperability between PA and USARPAC in logistics operations; sharing best practices on logistics operations in support of combined arms operations; and sustaining strong relations among logisticians of both armies.
 
LOGSMEE is alternately hosted by the Philippines and the U.S. This year’s edition is spearheaded by Col. Jesus Jeffrey F. Grapa, commander of the 1st Logistics Support Group of the Army Support Command, and Col. Tracy Lanier, deputy commander of the 8th Theater Sustainment Command, USARPAC.
