Army tracks transformation roadmap progress of 302nd Infantry Brigade

Acting Army Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Roy M. Galido presided over the Army Governance Pathway (AGP) Proficient Stage Revalida Presentation of the 302nd Infantry Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division at the Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila on August 1, 2022.
 
The presentation is the final stage before the conferment of the “proficient” citation to the brigade.
 
AGP is an adaptation of the Performance Governance System (PGS) pathway of the Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA). It consists of four ladderized stages—Initiated, Compliant, Proficient and Institutionalized.
 
The AGP promotes the Army’s core values, mission, and vision as it pioneered the initiatives of change and good governance. It aims to drive results, reward performance, and institutionalize the 18-year Army Transformation Roadmap within the organization.
