The Philippine Army, through the Army Leadership Development and Education Center of the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), commenced the five-day Brigade Commanders’ Forum 2022 attended by 64 commanders of brigades, regiments and reserve units through video-teleconferencing on August 15, 2022.
TRADOC Commander Maj. Gen. Peter Angelo L. Ramos served as the guest of honor and speaker of the forum anchored on the theme "Enhancing Army Leadership Acumen to Achieve Victory Against Threats to National Security.”
Maj. Gen. Ramos, in his keynote speech, stressed the significance of enhancing the leadership and capabilities of Army commanders for them to effectively steer their units towards mission effectiveness. The activity also provided a platform through which participants shared knowledge, experiences, and strategies.
