Army partners with PAG-IBIG to aid housing programs for military personnel

The Office of the Chief Housing, Philippine Army (OCHPA) launched a PAG-IBIG Fund Information Drive for all Army officers, enlisted personnel, and Civilian Human Resource on October 5, 2022 at the Headquarters Philippine Army Grandstand (HPAG), Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila.

In support to the BALAI Shelter Program of the national government, the PAG-IBIG Fund provided a wide-array of options to meet the increasing demand for Army housing. The PAG-IBIG staff discussed the program's lowest rates and longer payment period which enables the military personnel to purchase or construct their own homes in their own terms.

Army Housing Office Chief Col. Maynard G. Camarao, emphasized that the program of PAG-IBIG Fund would be a big help in bridging the government housing programs in the Philippine Army.

The PAG-IBIG Fund Information Drive aims to inform the Army personnel on the promo of 40-45% discount offered on Group Sale Housing Package, aside from the existing Home Matching Program of PAG-IBIG (Home Development Mutual Fund). The activity was participated by various personnel from Philippine Army Major Units and offices within HPA.
