The Commanding General, Philippine Army Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner Jr., joined the Philippine National Police (PNP) as the Guest of Honor and Speaker on honoring the police awardees and conferring the ISO 9001 certification to different PNP offices on October 10, 2022 at Camp Crame, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
The awarding ceremony was attended by the PNP top brass, police personnel with significant accomplishments, and TUV Rheinland Philippines. Lt. Gen. Brawner highlighted the excellent service and selfless dedication of cops who continuously serve and protect the country to ensure public safety.
Moreover, Lt. Gen. Brawner also emphasized that uniform services should gain the public trust from the people. “Let us not disappoint our countrymen. These accomplishments are proof that we are becoming the best that we can be. Let us sustain the gains we have and continue to become better.”
ISO 9001 is an international standard for a quality management system. The certification is earned by organizations to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and to demonstrate continuous improvement.
