Army joins flaglets and candles setting at LNMB
The Philippine Army through the Grave Services Unit (GSU) of the Army Support Command (ASCOM) and Headquarters and Headquarters Support Group (HHSG), joined the Fort Bonifacio National High School (FBNHS) Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts of the Philippines in flaglets and candles setting on October 31, 2022, at the Libingan ng mga Bayani, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila.
The activity was also attended by Youth for Peace of the National Capital Region and Supreme Student Council Society of the Philippines who participated in remembering the lives of the soldiers, heroes, national artists, national scientists, and former Philippine presidents in the country.
Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner Jr. expressed that the Army is one with the Filipinos on remembering the saints and late loved ones especially the fallen heroes this All Saints and All Souls Day. Lt. Gen. Brawner also said that the command continues to strengthen the security and safety protocols 24/7 to ensure the smooth and safe observance of Undas 2022.
