Papa; Philippine Army Assistant Chief of Staff for Command and Control, Communications, and Cyber Systems (G6) Col. Constancio M. “Among our priority projects is the inclusion of C4S equipment in our force which allows us to explore and be in control of new and better communication means with one another. Overall, C4S is the heart of technology management employed by our force in formulating cohesive plans and conducting offensive operations,” Maj. Gen. Niembra said in his keynote speech during the event which is anchored on the theme “Advancing the Philippine Army Signal Operations through Integration of People, Process, and Technology.”

The acting CSPA also highlighted the need to pursue the implementation of progressive C4S plans and programs to attain information superiority and further capacitate the country’s ground force.
