The Philippine Army, through the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Education and Training, OG8, and the Army Leadership Development and Education Center (ALDEC) of the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), conducted a three-day Battalion Commanders’ Pre-Command Seminar (BnCPCS) Class 06-2023 on August 01 to August 03, 2023, through video-teleconference.
Anchored on the theme “Sustaining the gains against threats through Army Leadership Excellence”, the seminar enhanced the knowledge, skills, and attributes of incoming Battalion Commanders of PA Major Units (PAMUs) to become mission-focused, people-oriented, and prepared to lead. The Army Vice Commander Maj. Gen. Steve D. Crespillo served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the closing ceremony.
The Army leadership commended the OG8 and TRADOC for facilitating the seminar that will prepare incoming Army Battalion Commanders to be competent and effective tactical leaders.
