Army conducts Capacity Building on Human Rights and Mental Health

The Philippine Army, through the Army Human Rights Office, marked the start of the two-day Capacity Building on Human Rights and Mental Health on August 14, 2023 at the Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
 
Sergeant Majors, First Sergeants, Chief Clerks, and Army General Hospital Ward Supervisors from the Army headquarters attended the activity where they were acquainted with lectures involving human rights and mental health. The attendees were also presented with laws and rights regarding said topic.
 
The program is in line with the Commanding General's command guidance of amplifying an effective and disciplined organization ready to face the challenges of becoming an agile, adaptable, competitive, and world-class Army.
 
Col. Ronie I. Morimoto, Inspector General of Headquarters and Headquarters Support Group, Philippine Army, graced the activity as its Keynote Speaker and encouraged the attendees to apply their learnings in their respective offices after the training.
