The Commanding General Philippine Army joined the Regional Coordinating Conference for this year's Barangay and Sanguniang Kabataan elections on August 31, 2023 at the Alnor Hotel and Convention Center, Rosary Heights IX, Cotabato City.
Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido joined the Philippine National Police (PNP), Commission on Elections, and other stakeholders in discussing the implementation of security measures during the elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
The Army Chief affirmed the organization's active participation in ensuring the safe and timely conduct of elections in the region.
