The Philippine Army Artillery Regiment (AAR) activated the 11th Field Artillery "Bullseye" Battalion (11FAB) in a ceremony on September 12, 2023 at Fort Ramon Magsaysay, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija.
The deployment of the 11FAB will be in the provinces within Western Mindanao to address the overstretched and oversized Field Artillery units in the said area.
Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido presided over the ceremony and lauded the regiment for its remarkable initiatives in making the AAR a reliable, responsive, relevant, and mission-oriented unit of the Philippine Army.
