The Philippine Army has started to undergo the Commission on Audit’s Compliance Audit for 2023 during the COA Entrance Conference held at the Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on December 6, 2023.
“We have gathered in this important undertaking to conform to the constitutional mandate of the Commission on Audit as they will examine, audit, and assess the financial reports of the Philippine Army Calendar Year 2023,” Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido, who received the state auditors, said in his keynote remarks.
The Army Chief likewise called on all Army officers and men to uphold the core values of transparency, accountability, and good governance to fulfill the Army’s mission to serve the people and secure the land.
