Military patients who are recuperating at the Victoriano Luna Medical Center received early Christmas gifts from Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido at the V. Luna Medical Center in Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila on December 10, 2023.
The Army Chief spearheaded the gift-giving activity to check on the condition of military patients and to boost their morale during the holiday season.
"Sa mga sundalo na nandito ngayon na malayo sa inyong pamilya at nangungulila sa iyong minamahal, sana ay maramdaman pa rin ninyo ang diwa at saya ng Kapaskuhan," Lt. Gen. Galido said in his keynote remarks. "Sa ating mga kasundaluhan, nars at doktor, maraming salamat sa inyong serbisyo. Ang inyong dedikasyon at sakripisyo ay talagang kapuri-puri," the Army Chief said.
