The Commanding General Philippine Army (CGPA) Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido led this year's New Year's Call at the Philippine Army Officers’ Clubhouse, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila on January 12, 2024.
The New Year’s call is one of the most cherished annual traditions being observed by the Philippine Army. The Army’s top brass as well as foreign military attachés and their spouses, gathered and rendered a call to the Army Chief during the event.
"The triumphs and trials of 2023 have taught us much. These too have affirmed that together, we can achieve and excel. In 2024, let these learnings and insights push each of us to do better, to improve on our gains, and to accomplish even more of our goals," the CGPA said in his keynote remarks.
"The call for us to work together is even stronger as we have many goals on our to-do list. As I have said before, work with me as we improve and upgrade the systems in the Philippine Army," the Army Chief concluded.
