CGPA inspects AARM facilities

Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido led on June 4, 2024 the inspection of the ongoing construction of facilities that will be used in the Philippine Army's (PA) hosting of the 32nd ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet (AARM) at Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac.

 

It can be noted that the Philippines Army will host this year’s edition of AARM as well as ASEAN Chiefs of Army Multilateral Meeting (ACAMM) and the ASEAN Sergeant Majors Annual Meeting (ASMAM) at Camp O’ Donnell on November 2024.

 

AARM 2024 will feature 200 shooters from 10 Southeast Asian countries: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand. The said annual shooting competition gives opportunities to ASEAN military personnel for professional interaction and strengthening their camaraderie.
