PA, USARPAC troops train side-by-side in JPMRC-X Battle Period Phase

Philippine Army and U.S. Army Pacific engaged their simulated opposing forces during the Battle Period Phase of the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center-Exportable (JPMRC-X) Exercise at the Combat Readiness Training Area in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija from June 1 to 10, 2024.

Training teams from PA and USARPAC sharpened their warfighting skills in the Battle Period 1 (Search and Attack), Battle Period 2 (Defense), and Battle Period 3 (Attack Urban) during the said ten-day period.

It can be noted that the JPMRC-X Exercise is a crucial milestone in enhancing PA-USARPAC cooperation as it involves a brigade-level training exercise based on USARPAC’s JPMRC model. Moreover, the exercise tests large-scale combat capabilities across various environments, fostering readiness and interoperability between Philippine and US ground forces.
