Army Chief meets French, German Army leaders

Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido met with the Chief of the French Army General Pierre Schill and German Army Vice Chief Lt. Gen. Andreas Marlow at the sidelines of the Eurosatory 2024 in Paris, France on June 18, 2024.

 

Lt. Gen. Galido and Gen. Schill discussed the establishment of Staff Talks between the two armies to define support systems that will be mutually beneficial. Meanwhile, the Army Chief and Lt. Gen. Marlow talked about their shared learning in territorial defense preparation.

 

Lt. Gen. Galido is attending Eurosatory 2024, the annual land and airland defense and security exhibition organized by the French land defense and security industry association. It can be noted that the PA is currently embarking on sustained capability enhancement through the AFP Modernization Program.
