The Army Artillery Regiment’s (AAR) top-tier senior enlisted leaders participated in the closing ceremony of the Senior Enlisted Leaders (SELs) Forum on June 6, 2023 at the 2nd Infantry Division NCO Clubhouse, Camp General Mateo Capinpin, Tanay, Rizal.
The three-day activity was part of the month-long series of events to commemorate the AAR’s 16th founding anniversary. The ceremony was graced by the US Army 5th Security Forces Assistance Brigade 4th Field Artillery Battalion Sergeant Major CSM Justin M. Stewart who discussed the US Army Mental Health Program and NCO Empowerment in their command. CSM Stewart encouraged and bolstered the AAR’s senior enlisted personnel through his lifelong practices and regulations for the non-commissioned officers (NCOs).
Moreover, AAR Commander Brig. Gen. Francis Anthony M. Coronel conveyed his appreciation to the speakers for inspiring and reinvigorating the senior NCOs of the regiment through sharing their experiences as Sergeant Majors who have a crucial role in the overall effectiveness and readiness of the organization.
