FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – The Philippine Army Palladium Hall of Fame bid is now in the evaluation stage.
David McMillan,
the Director of the Palladium Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame for Executing Strategy,
was welcomed here at the Philippine Army today, Monday, January 22, 2018 for the evaluation entrance and briefing.
McMillan has also paid a courtesy call to the Philippine Army Vice Commander, Major General Robert M. Arevalo.
There are four stages that the Philippine Army must undergo in order to be part of the Palladium Hall of fame: the application, evaluation, validation, and awarding stage.
On September 28, 2017, the Army have submitted its application for the Palladium Hall of Fame bid which and was later on accepted. It was followed by the evaluation stage on November 23 of the same year.
The Palladium Hall of Fame publicly recognizes organizations around the world that use the Kaplan-Norton Strategy Management in executing their strategies successfully. It is known as the highest standard for strategic performance management.
The Army has high expectation on the possibility of achieving the hall of fame after it was recognized as an Island of Good Governance and awarded the Island of Good Governance medal in 2015. The Army was also presented during the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Senior Officials’ Luncheon held on 13 November 2015 as one of the organization that has showcased significant reforms that led to the positive impacts on the lives of our stakeholders.#
