Director for Army Personnel Management Center (APMC), Assistant Chief of Staff for Education and Training,G8 and Chief, Accounting Service in a Joint Installation and Change of Office Chief Ceremony, held here on Thursday, February 01, 2018.Colonel Eliglen F. Villaflor is now the new Director of the Army’s Personnel Management Center, vice, Colonel Allan D. Hambala who on the other hand got designated recently as Assistant Chief of Staff for Personnel, G1.
Meanwhile, Colonel Krishnamurti A. Mortela is the new Assistant Chief of Staff for Education and Training, G8. He replaced Colonel Laurence E. Mina who temporarily acted after the reassignment of the former G8, Colonel Willaim N. Gonzales as the Commander of the Army’s First Scout Ranger Regiment.
Meanwhile, Ms. Aylene Paralag-Garcia is the Army’s new Acting Chief, Accounting Service. She replaced Mrs. Ma. Gracia G. Catamin, who vowed out from the service after serving 41 years in the Army. Prior to her post, Ms. Garcia is the Chief, Accountant of the Army’s 10th Field Accountant Unit based in Cagayan De Oro.
Brigadier General Danilo Chad D. Isleta, the Army Chief of Staff presided the ceremony that was witnessed by the PA officers, enlisted personnel and civilian employees.#
