To assess the ROTC Unit’s proficiency in administrative and military tactics, ROTC Units within the National Capital Region undergo the 12th Centralized ROTC Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) at HPA Grandstand, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila on March 11, 2018.

Spearheaded by COL BALTAZAR T CATBAGAN GSC MNSA PA (RES), RAATI Chairman, the RAATI Inspection Team of National Capital Region Regional Community Defense Group (NCRRCDG) visited the participating ROTC Units for the Administrative Phase.

The Tactical Phase features the Platoon Challenge that shows obstacles where unit contingent’s race for time, and test cadet’s aptitude per station categories; and the coveted Platoon Drill. The event concludes with a story presentation about the Marawi Siege by LTGEN ROLANDO JOSELITO D BAUTISTA, Commanding General, Philippine Army.

University of Santo Tomas (UST) crowns as the Overall Champion in the 12th Centralized RAATI, while Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) outran the rest of the contingents in the Platoon Challenge. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa (PLMun) bags the best in Platoon Drill.
